At Puja Articles, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to make our cancellation, refund, and replacement process transparent and convenient. Please take note of the following guidelines and procedures for handling cancellations and related matters:

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations, refunds, and replacements are at the sole discretion of Puja Articles and will be processed only after one-to-one email communication with the shopper or customer who placed the order on our website.

Offers, discounts, packs, special rates, shipping time, processing time, and products displayed on Puja Articles are applicable only for orders placed and paid online, excluding transactions at our retail outlets.

How to Cancel an Order:

You can cancel your order online within 24 hours of placing it. The entire order amount will be refunded. Once an item has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.
Partial Order Cancellation:

No, partial order cancellations are not allowed.
Processing Time for Cancellation:

Upon requesting the cancellation of item(s), it will take a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and an additional 3-4 days to initiate a refund. You will receive email notifications throughout the process.
Refund Process:

Refunds are solely at the discretion of Puja Articles and will be facilitated through bank deposits to a Nationalized (Indian-based) Bank account, regardless of the payment method used.

Refunds for already delivered products will only cover the product value; shipping and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Claims: Puja Articles adheres to safety procedures, but damages during transit are beyond our control. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application are not covered under our Returns Policy.

Non-Entertainment of Returns:

Puja Articles does not entertain returns; however, replacements are accepted. Replacement requests must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods.

Return parcels/packages must be sent to Puja Articles at the provided address, with the customer bearing the shipping costs.

Tracking information of the return parcel/package must be communicated to Puja Articles, referencing the Order No. against which the return is being processed.

Shipping costs incurred for the original order are non-refundable.

Depending on the customer’s location, the time for an exchanged product to be received may vary.
